Why this site exists

AI advice is often written for technical teams or built around whatever tool is newest. Small businesses usually need a different answer: what is worth trying, what can wait, what could go wrong, and how do you know whether a tool is helping?

We focus on those practical questions. The goal is not to convince every business to use more AI. It is to help people make better decisions about when AI is useful and when a simpler process or standard automation is the better choice.

What we publish

How we approach recommendations

We start with the work that needs to be done, not with a product. We favor small tests using real examples, clear success measures, human review, and an exit plan. When a workflow carries more risk, we say so.

Advertising does not determine what we write or the conclusions in our guides. See our editorial policy for more about research, AI assistance, corrections, and commercial relationships.

Our standard

If a recommendation cannot be explained in plain English, tested on real work, and measured against the current process, it is probably not ready to become business advice.
